Simple terms for a simple service.
Effective 5 August 2026. By creating or using a Joined.love website, you agree to these terms.
The service
Joined.love lets couples build and preview a wedding website for free. A one-off $10 AUD payment publishes the site. There is no recurring hosting subscription under the current offer.
Accounts and responsibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and be authorised to upload or publish the content and personal information you add. You are responsible for the privacy settings and guest access choices on your wedding website.
Acceptable use
Do not use Joined.love for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful content; malware; unsolicited messages; infringement of another person's rights; or attempts to disrupt, probe or bypass the service's security. We may restrict or remove content or accounts that create a security, legal or safety risk.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you add. You give Joined.love permission to host, process, resize, display and transmit it only as needed to operate and support your website. Avoid publishing sensitive information that is not necessary for your event.
Payments and charity statement
Stripe processes launch payments. Except where consumer law requires otherwise, the launch fee is non-refundable once the website is published. “100% of profits” means the money remaining after operating expenses is donated to Compassion Australia; it does not mean the entire $10 payment is donated.
Availability and expiry
We work to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, provider outages and internet failures can occur. Websites have an expiry date shown to their owner. We may delete a website and associated data six months after expiry, with an advance reminder where email delivery is available.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, Joined.love is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, guest conduct, third-party links, or content supplied by users.
Changes and contact
